So why the hell am I getting bombarded with credit applications?! It has gotten so annoying that I decided to collect all the credit applications I get in the mail and this is what I get in ONE WEEK:

So in one postal week I’ve gotten the following amount of credit card appliations: 2 from MBNA (Hellllooooo, I already have an account with you guys!), 4 from Bank of America, 2 from American Express, 1 from Washinton Mutual, 1 from Capital One, 3 from Citi, 1 from Union Bank, 1 from Discover, 1 from World Points, 1 from First National Bank, 1 from First Equity, and 5 from Chase (are you really going to send me credit apps 5 out of 6 days?!?).

Twenty three f-ing credit applications in one week.

It is seriously annoying. Just having that many credit applications floating around in my name puts me at a higher risk of identity theft and credit card fraud. Sweet. I wonder if I can get a restraining order against a credit card company…
