I just got the following email from Stefan:

“good morning summer….i am drinking coffee and thinking about you. I am sorry, but I lost $118,000 in poker last night. i thought we were going to get that waterfall and pool you wanted. i’ll try again today ;-)
S”

Hopefully, he was just playing poker on the PSP (Play Station Portable), otherwise I might have to hitchhike back to Puerto Rico…
