New Years Resolutions – 2006
I don’t think I have ever made a New Years Resolution before, but I think I need to make some changes for 2006 so here goes:
1. Stop procrastinating! – (Notice that this post was made on January 2nd…*sigh*)
2. Hit the gym or run at least 3 times a week! – I used to run at least 3 miles almost every day, but the business has grown so fast and I have been working so much, that my beloved cardio has taken a back seat. Unfortunately, I’ve also lost weight since I havn’t been lifting weights nearly as much as I used to and I seem to forget to eat when I’m busy.
3. Get sleep schedule back to somewhat normal! – Currently I am going to bed at 4am and not getting up until 11am or 12am. It’s so stupid!! So, I want to get my sleep schedule back on track by going to bed by 1am and getting up at 9am.
4. Work less, surf more! – I have become somewhat obsessed with working. On average I am in front of the computer for 12 – 14 hours a day. This obsession, along with my piss-poor sleep schedule, has really cut into my surfing and snowboarding. NO BUENO!
So there it is. I will conquer all….
