For the past two weeks I’ve been working until 4am, sleeping on the floor in the office, waking up at 9am and doing it all over again…Whoops, invoice are done printing…back to work…

Me, I’ve got to go let a BMW owner yell at me because I’m not giving him everything he wants, how he wants it, on his claim, because I don’t seem to understand that, as a BMW owner, he’s legally entitled to get anything he wants in life.
