Hasn’t anyone else noticed how warped the world has become? There is a medication for absolutely everything & doctors have become an absolute joke. Did you know that doctors get a commission everytime you fill a perscription for a brand name drug? I normally do not go to the doctor, but I had a migraine headache and was feeling nauseous for over 2 weeks, so I went. The nurse took down all my vitals, went and told the doctor what my symptoms were and the doctor came in and simply gave me a perscription for 2 medications: vicodin (for the pain) and another drug, for the nauseousness. Since I didn’t want something to cover up the problem, I simply wanted to know what is wrong with me, I started to cry. You know what the doctors response was? “Okay, here, I’ll give you a prescription for Codine (an even more powerful pain reliever).” Rad. So, the moral of the story is: Don’t fix the problem, cover it up!! It’s absurd how many people are on anti-depressants…Gee, did you know that being bummed out some times is a normal human emotion?
