“Winn & Sims – Silly (nice word for stupid?) Lawyers”

   Just read your comment about Winn and Sims Law Firm.

   Maybe anyone can get a law degree, but I’ve heard that passing the California Bar is very difficult. A friend of mine, who is extremely bright (she speaks several languages), failed on her first attempt. This 1995 article says 59% passed it back then, but this 2005 article gives the figure as 40%. That’s a pretty harsh curve!!

CapOne will go after you with their shark-invested “law” firm Winn & simm now Winn Law Group (had to change their name as they got sued so many times) …. Winn law group will garnish your wages, have you go to court — but the plan is this: in California there is a Statute of Limitations— you have 5 years to try to collect on a credit card.. CapOne knows this and will not even let you work with them. They involve the Winn Law Group (the Sharks with no soul) to go after you harrassing u day and night and at work. So say NO I DO NOT HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH CAPITOL ONE…EVEN IF THEY SEND YOU A SIGNED PAPER with your ‘name on it’ they can’t do anything about it. NOW I KNOW> If you can’t beat ‘em – Do a Chapter 7 and that’s it. NEVER GET ANOTHER CAPITOL ONE…AS OF TODAY THEIR INTEREST RATE IS—— 59% ——–>..who needs credit with these terms!!! Never ever think they will give you 1% — nope they will turn around and toss it up to 59%—u are stuck!!!!!

   Never never never CAPITOL ONE>..they are stinkies and Winn Law Group are complete idiots…with a ‘law’ degree.
